Money Meets Ideas – YES!Delft
Money Meets Ideas is an informal investing platform initiated by Rabobank and KplusV. Money Meets Ideas gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to attract venture capital from informal investors during events. Young innovative start-ups can pitch their ideas and raise capital, ranging from EUR 100.000 to EUR 1.5 million. On the 13th of February Rabobank and KplusV are organizing together with YES!Delft a special edition of Money Meets Ideas at YES!Delft. During this event we invite five entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas for informal investors.
To sign up for this event, please send your pitch deck to firstname.lastname@example.org. The selection round closes on the 1th of February. KplusV will manage the selection procedure by screening your application and contacting you. Five entrepreneurs will be selected to pitch their proposition. Please make sure your pitch deck contains the following aspects: your expertise, competitors, market size, business model, launching customers, invested money so far, financials and capital request. Companies who are selected to pitch at Money Meets Ideas pay EUR 500 mediation fee upfront and companies pay a 2% success fee when a deal is acquired.
About Money Meets Ideas
KplusV and Rabobank organize several Money Meets Ideas events at different locations in the Netherlands. During the events entrepreneurs are connected to informal investors who are banking at Rabobank Wealth Management. Besides venture capital, the investors possess the necessary knowledge and expertise to help your company. Money Meets Ideas requires a minimum investment of 100K in exchange for equity. In order to participate you will need to value your business (idea) and offer investors a stake in your company. After pitching at a Money Meets Ideas event, 80% of the entrepreneurs will be in contact with informal investors. Between 20-30% of the conversations will lead to an initial deal.
